Minutemen Property Damage Services is locally and family owned emergency response restoration company. Our team is dedicated to restoring homes and thrives on community-driven values. We have had two separate water damage incidents that resulted in needing mold remediation in the past year unfortunately. The first time, we brought out 4 companies to take a look and one was interested only in upselling, another never got back to us with an estimate, and another seemed a little clueless. Minutemen however took our case as a challenge (it was unclear where the water source was) and focused first on that rather than putting a bandaid on the problem. We are super glad we trusted them because they identified the issue without needing to tear up a whole corner of the house and gave us peace of mind that we were resolving the problem permanently, not just treating it for a quick buck. They completed the job quickly and repaired the wall and floor very professionally. Their flooring/wall guy Jack is a true pro! Based on what we've seen from others, their pricing is very competitive as well. The second project again affected our toddler and Reagan and Tim again jumped into action to help us quickly. The job wasn't as big as the first but was just as disruptive to our everyday life so to see them clearly prioritize it meant a lot! They again did quick and clean work. Reagan and Tim are super communicative and very open about the options and cost. But what we appreciated the most was their understanding of our situation. The work needing to be done was affecting our toddler's everyday life and they seemed to truly take that to heart and try to squeeze us in as best they could. This kind of work is rarely planned for so knowing how to deal with families in a little bit of crisis fairly and compassionately goes a long way. This is a terrific company! We had an emergency with water coming through a ceiling due to faulty HVAC drain overflow switch- late on a Saturday night. Andrew from Minutemen came immediately on Sunday morning to assess damage and begin water mitigation, setting up power fans, dehumidifiers & anti-microbial to halt damage & prevent mold growth in sheetrock & carpets. A dry and happy outcome that ended up saving us money in repairs and replacement. We highly recommend Minutemen in your time of need!
